We have partnered with municipal corporations in Mumbai, Pune, and Nagpur to expand our reach through 'Project Setu'. Our goal is to impact 5000 educators and 80,000 students by collaborating with nearly 200 public schools.

The HR team plays a vital role in achieving our mission by delivering exceptional HR support in recruitment, performance management, development, and employee engagement. As the Assistant Manager - Human Resources (HR), you will be responsible for supporting the HR team in various activities including Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, Data & Compliance, People Engagement & Culture, Policies, Processes & Communication, Team Management & Cross-functional Collaboration.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Talent Acquisition: Attracting, selecting, and hiring top talent for the organization.
  • HR Operations: Managing HR systems, processes, and data to ensure seamless delivery of HR services.
  • Data & Compliance: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date HR data, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • People Engagement & Culture: Fostering a positive work culture, promoting employee engagement, and driving business outcomes through people-centric initiatives.
  • Policies, Processes & Communication: Developing, implementing, and communicating effective HR policies and procedures.
  • Team Management & Cross-functional Collaboration: Leading, developing, and mentoring HR team members, collaborating with other departments to drive business results.

To succeed in this role, you will need a minimum of 5 years of experience in relevant HR roles, proven experience in hiring and HR data management, and excellent English verbal and written communication skills. You should also have strong Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills, attention to detail, self-motivation, and ability to coordinate with diverse stakeholders.
