Job Title: Key Operations CoordinatorJob Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to fill the role of Key Operations Coordinator. In this position, you will be responsible for overseeing the workflow of job orders from start to finish, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to customers.

  • You will participate in training sessions to gain technical proficiency in relevant tools and applications.
  • After training, you will work on live projects and meet performance benchmarks.
  • Effective management of job flow is essential, and you will use JMS Expeditor to monitor work queues.
  • As a liaison between the Composition team and Customer Service, you will ensure smooth communication and resolution of issues.
  • You will contact Customer Service for clarifications and guarantee accurate and timely delivery of jobs.
  • End-to-end management of job orders requires accountability throughout the entire process, and you will maintain ownership of job orders.
  • You will provide ETA updates to Customer Service and adhere to job timelines.
  • Awareness of job status and coordination across teams and locations are crucial to success.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must possess strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as proficiency in MS Office Suite.
