Role Summary:

  • We are seeking a highly skilled Generative AI Engineer to design and build intelligent systems, AI-powered tools, and data platforms that enable ventures to scale faster and smarter.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design end-to-end pipelines for data ingestion, cleaning, embeddings, model training, evaluation, and deployment.
  • Architect APIs, microservices, and data systems that integrate into live products.
  • Prototype generative AI tools, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems, and autonomous agents—and push them into production.
  • Maintain a full-stack mindset, moving fluidly between model work, backend engineering, and systems design.

Requirements:

  • A strong programming background in Python, Node.js, or similar languages.
  • Experience with ML/AI frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, LangChain, LlamaIndex, etc.
  • Familiarity with data engineering & databases (SQL/NoSQL, vector DBs like Pinecone/Weaviate, cloud storage).
  • Knowledge of MLOps and deployment (Docker, Kubernetes, AWS/GCP/Azure).
  • Hands-on exposure to retrieval systems, embeddings, and RAG pipelines.
  • A builder's mindset—comfortable taking ownership from zero-to-one.
  • Experience with multi-modal systems (text, voice, vision).
  • Interest in generative agents, conversational AI, or recommendation engines.
  • Previous work in startups or venture studios.
