AI Innovations Lead

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundational knowledge in traditional machine learning and deep neural networks. This role requires leading the design, development, and deployment of Large Language Model (LLM) models and Generative AI (Gen AI) applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy LLM models and Gen AI applications.
• Possess a strong foundational knowledge in traditional machine learning and deep neural networks.
• Leverage Azure AI services to build and deploy AI/Gen AI applications.
• Have hands-on experience with Python and machine learning libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, Langchain, and NLP tools like SpaCy, NLTK.
• Have rich experience in designing, developing, and deploying advanced Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) based Gen AI solutions.
• Possess a strong understanding of LLMs, vector databases, and embedding techniques.
• Evaluate and implement different embedding models and chunking strategies.
• Design and implement agentic AI systems that can autonomously perform tasks, make decisions, and interact with other systems or users effectively.
• Experience in applying advanced fine-tuning methods such as Low-Rank Adaptation (LoRA), Quantized LoRA (QLoRA), and Pattern-Exploiting Training (PET) to optimize open-source models for specific tasks.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Jenkins, Github Actions or similar.
• Collaborate with data engineers to ensure efficient data collection, preprocessing, and management for AI applications.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of developers, ensuring best practices in Gen AI development.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Total Experience: 13-15 years; Gen AI Experience: 5+ years. Master's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
