About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced AI Innovation Leader to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving the development of cutting-edge AI products that deliver exceptional customer experiences.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and executing large-scale product deliveries, with successful product launches across various platforms. They will also possess strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and deliver AI-powered features that drive innovation in customer engagement
  • Conduct thorough market analysis to understand competitor offerings and user needs, guiding the product roadmap towards differentiation and leadership
  • Translate product strategy into detailed requirements, prioritizing features and functionalities in collaboration with engineering and design teams
  • Foster strong relationships with customers, leveraging their feedback to refine products and drive positive outcomes
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, business, or related field; an MBA or similar advanced degree is preferred
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in software product management, preferably within an enterprise SaaS environment or consumer applications serving millions of users
  • Proven track record of developing and executing large-scale product deliveries, with successful product launches across various platforms
  • Experience with AI/ML products (LLMs, analytics, conversational AI, or related domains)
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into insights and action
  • Excellent collaboration skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a product development team
