Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Security Solutions Developer to join our team. This role involves designing, developing, and deploying technical solutions to enhance the security posture of large-scale user bases.

Responsibilities
  • Design and Deployment: Develop and implement scalable security solutions that meet the needs of our global user base.
  • Automation and Efficiency: Automate manual processes through technology to increase output and effectiveness in security programs.
  • Secure Access Management: Apply principles of secure access management practices to access management systems and processes, focusing on insider risk and associated threats.
  • Triage and Incident Response: Perform triage of security event tickets, contributing to an existing incident response framework, with a focus on identifying anomalous behavior.
  • Technical Communication: Translate sophisticated technical concepts into consumable data outputs for interoperability of technical work and business operations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree: In Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Security Experience: 3 years of experience within the security space, including security engineering, security analytics, risk quantification/measurement, or technical risk management.
  • Scaled Global Security: Experience in developing and contributing to the implementation of scaled global security risk programs and solutions.
  • Security Outcomes: Experience landing security outcomes that focus on the end-user in Identity and Access Management (IAM), platform security, and incident response domains.
  • Data Analysis: Experience with AI/ML and data analysis software such as SQL, R, Python, Go.

  • Concept-to-Technology: Experience converting concepts into robust technology for security applications.
  • Stakeholder Partnership: Experience partnering with technical and non-technical executive cross-functional stakeholders and influencing successfully across levels and organizational boundaries.
  • Data Science Outputs: Experience converting data science principles into simple, consumable outputs alleviating the need to understand technical concepts for broad audiences.
  • Security Landscape: Understanding of the current and evolving landscape of security and insider risk for technology companies.
