Senior Secured Lending Specialist

Job Overview
As a Senior Secured Lending Underwriter, you will play a critical role in underwriting and loan closing of transactions. Your expertise will be pivotal in identifying opportunities for process improvements within the scope of secured lending underwriting functional area.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Review and analyze business challenges to develop solutions that drive results
- Exercise independent judgment to guide medium-risk deliverables
- Present recommendations for resolving complex situations while developing expertise in secured lending underwriting functional area, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
Required Qualifications:
- 4+ years of secured lending underwriting experience
- MBA (Finance), CFA or Chartered Accountant
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
Desired Qualifications:
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI or similar reporting tools
- Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic environment
