SAP SuccessFactors Consultant

We are seeking a seasoned SAP SuccessFactors consultant to join our global IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for resolving change requests and incidents related to SuccessFactors sub-modules.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Resolve incidents and change requests related to SuccessFactors sub-modules
  • Configure and integrate SuccessFactors with other systems
  • Document configurations and business processes
  • Provide support for MDF uploads and form template changes
  • SAP HCM ECC knowledge in OM, PA, Time & Payroll modules

Mandatory Skills:

  • Implementation or support experience in at least 2 or more of the following SuccessFactors modules: Recruitment, Onboarding, Employee Central, Time Management, Payroll, Learning Management System, Performance and Goals Management, Compensation

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience or knowledge in SuccessFactors Employee Central
  • Knowledge in integrations within SuccessFactors and SAP, as well as with third-party systems
  • Basic knowledge in SAP HCM - Time Management and Payroll (India, US, Canada, Germany, Belgium, Poland)
  • Collaboration with technical teams for custom requirements

Soft Skills:

  • Team player with excellent communication skills
  • Able to deliver work packages assigned

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Diploma/Graduate/Postgraduate degree from a recognized university
