Associate Director Level SAP SuccessFactors Solution Architect

We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead our SAP SuccessFactors practice.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Project Lifecycle Management: Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle, providing AMS support as needed and stepping into the Project Manager role when required.
  2. Mentorship & Training: Mentor, train, and lead junior consultants, fostering talent growth within the team.
  3. Performance Evaluations: Conduct performance feedback, evaluations, and ratings for downstream resources.
  4. SAP Partnership Management: Liaise with SAP to maintain SuccessFactors partnership status.
  5. Thought Leadership: Contribute to thought leadership by publishing blogs, whitepapers, and participating in industry events/webinars.
  6. Client Solutions: Deliver cost optimization, automation, and rapid deployment solutions for clients.
  7. Integration & Reporting: Ensure integration with other SAP modules and third-party systems is seamless and report regularly on practice growth, KPIs, and strategic initiatives to the SAP Practice Head.
