**Job Overview:**

  • Drive the development and implementation of manufacturing excellence principles across global supply operations.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop a performance improvement strategy supporting USL stretch objectives, delivering the overall manufacturing strategy through annual strategic planning.
  • Implement Diageo leadership standards and individual development plan targets via P4G program.
  • Ensure adherence to global supply manufacturing excellence processes, leveraging best practice standards to enhance performance at USL.
  • Standardize process improvement approaches across units for consistent and sustainable results across the business.
  • Sustain global supply performance improvements.

**Requirements:**

  • Engineering degree or higher preferred.
  • Experience in consumer goods manufacturing production/project management.
  • Lean sigma certification.
  • Strong focus on process improvement, waste reduction, efficiency optimization, root cause analysis, and problem-solving skills with lean sigma certification.
  • Hands-on applicable experience with demonstrated team leadership.
  • Demonstrated ability to implement and sustain culture change.
