Performance Marketing Job Description

We're on the hunt for a talented Performance Marketing professional to join our team. As a key player in our Marketing Department, you'll be responsible for shaping the future by executing impactful performance marketing campaigns across digital platforms.

This role involves developing and executing paid marketing strategies across Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and other digital channels to boost traffic, conversions, and ROI. You'll also optimize performance marketing budgets and ensure efficient spend across channels.

To succeed in this position, you'll need to conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting strategies to enhance campaign performance. Monitoring and optimizing campaign KPIs such as CTR, CPC, ROAS, CPA, conversions, and more will also be part of your responsibilities.

You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to align campaign strategies and utilize tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Data Studio to track performance and generate reports. Retargeting strategies and customer acquisition funnels across digital platforms will also be implemented.

In addition, you'll analyze competitor campaigns and market trends to identify growth opportunities and contribute to the overall digital strategy to elevate brand visibility and sales.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in performance/digital marketing (2–6 years).
  • Successful track record of managing D2C campaigns and achieving high ROAS.
  • Strong understanding of digital media buying, attribution, tracking, and reporting.
  • Proficiency in platforms: Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads, YouTube Ads, GA4, Google Tag Manager.
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret campaign data into actionable insights.
  • Experience with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce) is a plus.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in electronics or gadget-based D2C brands.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools (e.g., Klaviyo, WebEngage).
  • Knowledge of SEO, affiliate marketing, and influencer marketing.
