About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Performance Marketing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you'll manage paid campaigns across multiple platforms, analyze performance data, and scale what works.

This is a high-impact position where you'll be responsible for strategy, execution, and optimization. You'll work closely with our creative strategists and designers to deliver campaigns that drive results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, set up, and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and YouTube.
  • Analyze campaign performance (CTR, CPL, ROAS, CVR) and optimize to achieve business goals.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop high-performing ad copy and creatives.
  • Build and test different audience segments and funnels.
  • Track daily budgets, pacing, and adjust for maximum ROI.
  • Stay updated on platform changes, new formats, and growth hacks.
  • Provide regular performance reports and insights for stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in performance marketing or related field.
  • Prior experience in e-commerce or real estate campaigns is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads.
  • Ability to analyze data and turn insights into action.
  • Good understanding of attribution, pixel setup, and conversion tracking.
  • Comfortable with A/B testing and iterating quickly.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
