Job Title: Finacle Customization Specialist

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and developing custom solutions in Finacle 10.x and 7.x environments, including new menus, forms, workflows, and reports.

This role involves:

  • Developing interfaces using Finacle Integrator (FI), Connect 24 (C24), ISO 8583 standards, and application APIs.
  • Contribution to the design and optimization of Finacle's technical architecture, ensuring scalability and performance.
  • Leveraging PL/SQL for database scripting, managing Finacle product objects, and performing data migrations as needed.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Conducting unit testing, system testing, and supporting user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure reliability and accuracy.
  • Maintaining comprehensive documentation of customization processes and technical specifications.

The successful candidate should possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Science, Commerce, Engineering or MCA. Higher qualifications are advantageous.
  • A minimum of 7 years in IT/Core Banking application support, with at least 5 years dedicated to Finacle 10.x customization development and design.
  • Proficiency in Finacle Core Banking technical architecture and design.
  • Experience with Finacle 10.x and 7.x interface development, including application APIs and ISO 8583 standards.
  • Strong knowledge of Finacle product objects and database management.
  • Working knowledge of PL/SQL, Java, and .NET.
  • Familiarity with open-source technologies and tools.
  • Understanding of Finacle functional modules and banking operations.
