Charging Solutions Specialist

A key aspect of this role is collaborating with consulting teams in various phases of a project, including problem definition, effort estimation, diagnosis, solution generation, and design deployment. The consultant will actively aid the team in refining client deliverables by analyzing and structuring relevant data.
Key Responsibilities
- Investigate alternatives to recommended solutions based on research, literature surveys, and vendor evaluation information.
- Develop requirement specifications from business needs, define to-be-processes, and detailed functional designs based on requirements.
- Support configuring solution requirements on products, understand issues, diagnose root-causes, seek clarifications, and identify shortlisted solution alternatives.
Additional Responsibilities
- Work closely with clients to identify business challenges and contribute to client deliverables by analyzing and refining relevant data.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends, exhibit logical thinking and problem-solving skills, and collaborate effectively.
- Evaluate current processes, identify improvement areas, and suggest technology-based solutions.
Technical Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in end-to-end SAP BRIM projects, preferably order-to-cash.
- Extensive hands-on experience with the SAP Convergent Charging Core tool, Admin tool, and Bart tool.
- Familiarity with Chargeable Item Class, Pricing Macro, Charge Plan, Rating, and other related components.
