Digital Fundraiser

We are looking for a skilled Google Ads specialist to join our team. As a Google Ads expert, you will be responsible for planning and executing successful campaigns to drive donations and achieve fundraising targets.

About the Role:

• Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns to maximize donations and achieve monthly fundraising targets.
• Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and A/B testing for continuous campaign improvement.
• Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights for growth.
• Collaborate with the creative and fundraising teams to align ads with campaign goals and donor psychology.
• Stay updated on Google Ads policies, digital marketing trends, and crowdfunding strategies.
• Manage budgets efficiently to avoid overspending and ensure maximum returns.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred but not mandatory if experienced).
• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in crowdfunding and performance marketing in Indian market.
• Strong expertise in Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max).
• Hands-on experience with conversion tracking, remarketing, and analytics tools.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup and deliver results under strict timelines.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Key Performance Indicators:

• Achieving and maintaining ROAS of 2+ across campaigns.
• Steady growth in donation volumes and donor base.
