The role of Product Engineer at RuDo Wealth requires someone who can deeply understand product requirements, implement end-to-end solutions, and coordinate effectively while maintaining focus on user experience and business value.

  • Drive product ownership through deep understanding of product vision, business logic, and end-user needs
  • Design and implement end-to-end features, handling both technical and product-centric aspects throughout the entire lifecycle
  • Owning feature testing, validation, and quality assurance to ensure robust product delivery
  • Make architectural and technology choices aligned with product goals while ensuring best practices and code maintainability
  • Translate business/product requirements for engineering teams and collaborate with backend developers, designers, PMs, and stakeholders
  • Establish efficient team workflows and document systems/features for both engineering and product stakeholders
  • Coordinate engineering activities and ensure seamless collaboration between technical and product teams

A successful candidate will have a strong background in software engineering, product management, or project coordination, with experience in technologies such as Node.js, Python, React, and API development. They will also possess excellent communication and documentation skills for cross-functional collaboration.
