Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced HSM Engineer to design and implement Thales CipherTrust Data Security solutions and Hardware Security Modules (HSMs). This role involves collaborating with clients and internal teams to deliver secure, scalable and compliant encryption solutions.

Main Responsibilities
  • CipherTrust Suite Implementation:
    • CipherTrust Manager
    • Data Discovery and Classification
    • Transparent Encryption
    • Cloud Key Manager
  • HSM Deployment and Integration:
    • Deploy and configure Hardware Security Modules (HSMs)
    • Integrate with existing systems
  • Technical Expertise:
    • Provide technical expertise on data security, encryption, tokenization and data masking best practices
    • Assist in the development of security architecture, documentation and compliance frameworks
  • Client Collaboration:
    • Collaborate with clients and internal teams for project planning and execution
    • Conduct training and knowledge transfer sessions for clients
    • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during and after implementation
  • Cloud Platforms:
    • Work with cloud platforms including AWS, Azure and Google Cloud
Key Requirements
  • Experience:
    • 2-4 years of experience in HSM implementation and key management solutions
  • Skills:
    • Hands-on experience with Thales CipheTrust suite (CipherTrust Manager, DDC, Transparent Encryption, CKM)
    • Strong knowledge of encryption technologies, tokenization and data masking
    • Experience in cloud integration (AWS, Azure, GCP)
    • Ability to troubleshoot complex security solutions
    • Excellent communication and client-facing skills
