Job Title: Digital Project Lead
Summary:
A seasoned Digital Project Lead is required to spearhead the implementation of software development projects. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in project management, exceptional communication skills, and experience working with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.
- Lead cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and drive collaboration among stakeholders.
- Identify and mitigate risks through proactive coordination with stakeholders.
- Ensure client requirements are met within agreed-upon timelines and budgets while maintaining open communication channels.
- Collaborate with support teams to provide seamless client support and foster a culture of excellence.
- Promote process improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery and client satisfaction.
- Effectively communicate project status and progress to management and stakeholders, utilizing data-driven insights to inform decision-making.
- Maintain accurate records and reports on project status and progress, ensuring transparency and accountability.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 10 years of experience as a Digital Project Lead in software development projects.
- PMP certification is mandatory for this role.
- Hands-on experience with digital project management tools, such as Microsoft Project, Agile, Jira, and Waterfall models.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas effectively.
- Experience managing fixed-price projects and preventing scope creep, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
- End-to-end project management experience, with a proven track record of success.
- Preferred skills include experience with Agile methodologies, Jira, and Waterfall models.
