Job Overview:

This role entails maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in a cloud-based accounting system, including journal entries, payments, receipts, and bank transactions.
  • Perform monthly bank and vendor reconciliations, support month-end and year-end financial closure activities.
  • Prepare and file GST (Goods and Services Tax) and TDS returns, assist in internal and statutory audits by providing necessary documentation and data.
  • Support the finance team in preparing profit & loss statements, balance sheets, management information systems reports, budget vs actuals, and cash flow analysis.
  • Liaise with banks, auditors, vendors, and internal teams, maintain financial documentation and support other finance-related tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Manage accounting entries and daily bookkeeping in a cloud-based accounting system.
  • Ensure timely GST and TDS filings and support during audits.
  • Prepare financial reports and assist in monthly reconciliations.
  • Liaise with stakeholders including vendors, banks, and auditors.
  • Support compliance, documentation, and financial record-keeping.
