As a Finance Associate, you will oversee the end-to-end finance and accounting operations. This involves managing petty cash, travel and expense claims, vendor contracts, and invoices. You will also generate and share invoices with clients, monitor receivables, and reconcile AR records.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field, and 1–3 years of experience in a similar finance or accounting role. Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting tools is required, along with strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Good communication and interpersonal skills are also essential.

You will work closely with the finance team to prepare daily business reports, support ad hoc reporting and data analysis, and ensure data accuracy and consistency in daily dashboards and reports.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing petty cash and employee travel and expense claims
  • Coordinating with employees and department heads for clarifications or discrepancies

Vendor Compliance and Invoice Management:

  • Tracking and managing vendor contracts, agreements
  • Processing incoming invoices and verifying accuracy against POs and delivery receipts
  • Ensuring timely payments and maintaining invoice records
  • Assisting in resolving invoice discrepancies with internal teams or vendors

Accounts Receivable (AR):

  • Generating and sharing invoices with clients/customers
  • Monitoring receivables and following up on overdue accounts
  • Reconciling AR records and updating payment status in financial systems

Daily Reports:

  • Preparing and circulating daily business reports
  • Supporting the finance team with ad hoc reporting and data analysis
  • Ensuring data accuracy and consistency in daily dashboards and reports

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in a similar finance or accounting role
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting tools
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
