Business IT Support Analyst

This role is a unique blend of IT support and data operations. The majority of your time will be dedicated to supporting data-driven initiatives, with a smaller portion focused on IT troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide IT assistance and troubleshoot computer, email, software, and network issues for approximately 10–12 hours/week.
  • Upload stock and inventory files to external platforms.
  • Develop and maintain commission reports for finance teams.
  • Clean and update CRM data, including company types and account details.
  • Manage company-wide updates, such as uploading public holidays into calendars across countries.
  • Support ongoing IT and operations projects, focusing on automation, reporting, and data accuracy.
  • Utilize Excel (pivots, formulas, macros) and ideally SQL or scripting to enhance workflows.
  • Collaborate with global teams in various locations to ensure smooth support.

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of experience in IT support, service desk, or IT/business analyst roles.
  • Strong English communication skills (spoken and written).
  • Educational background in IT or Computer Science.
  • Skilled in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, VLOOKUP, macros).
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and data cleaning.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable multitasking.
  • Able to troubleshoot independently and explain reasoning clearly.
  • Exposure to SQL or scripting is a plus.
