Job Title: Deputy Team Lead - Placements

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly driven professional to lead and manage end-to-end placement operations, drive client engagement, student readiness, and deliver impactful hiring outcomes.

Main Responsibilities:

Client Engagement & Onboarding:

  • Identify and onboard new hiring partners aligned with the organization's programs (ACCA, CFA)
  • Conduct introductory calls, pitch relevant hiring solutions (FT/Internship/HTD), and close hiring mandates
  • Coordinate face-to-face meetings, webinars, and strategic discussions with HRs and stakeholders

Placement Drives & Hiring Execution:

  • Plan and execute on-campus/off-campus drives, including logistics, coordination, and follow-ups
  • Implement HTD models with companies where applicable
  • Ensure timely CV shortlisting, interview scheduling, and offer rollouts

Student Placement & Readiness:

  • Own the end-to-end placement process for students-from application to final offer
  • Track placement targets across programs and ensure timely closures
  • Support training and pre-placement readiness programs (technical & soft skills)

Data Management & Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate placement data in real time-application, conversion, and hiring status
  • Prepare weekly/monthly dashboards and share insights with internal stakeholders
  • Strong command over Excel, Google Sheets, and data analysis tools

Key Requirements:

  • 3-6 years of experience in placements & operations
  • Prior experience in EdTech, recruitment firms, or campus hiring preferred
  • Strong command over MS Excel, Google Workspace, and CRM tools

Preferred Skills:

  • Exposure to placement models like HTD
  • Familiarity with AI tools for resume screening, email automation, or data visualization
