Job Title: Platform Reliability Expert

As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the reliability and performance of our trading platforms.

Main Responsibilities:
  • System Reliability
    • E nsure high availability and low-latency trading by optimizing system performance and minimizing downtime.
    • Develop and implement fault-tolerant architectures to minimize the impact of system failures.
  • Fault Tolerance and Resilience
    • Design and implement disaster recovery plans to ensure business continuity in the event of system failures or disasters.
    • Monitor trading volumes and system usage to forecast capacity requirements and plan for scaling infrastructure.
  • Monitoring and Incident Response
    • Develop monitoring solutions to detect anomalies, performance degradation, and system failures.
    • Respond promptly to incidents and resolve issues efficiently to minimize their impact on trading operations.
  • Automation and Tooling
    • Streamline operational tasks using automation scripts and tools to improve efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
  • Security and Compliance
    • Implement security best practices and compliance measures to protect trading systems and customer data from unauthorized access.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
  • Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Go.
  • Experience with cloud platforms and containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues under pressure.
