High-Performance Fuel System Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled High-Performance Fuel System Expert to design, develop, and integrate fuel system components in hybrid/electric vehicle programs. The ideal candidate should have strong technical communication, supplier management skills, and hands-on experience with engineering tools and delivery systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and Development: Design, develop, and validate fuel system components (pipes, tanks, pumps, valves, etc.).
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with CAD Engineers, Lead Engineers, SMEs, and suppliers for design releases and issue resolution.
  • Installation and Compliance: Ensure vehicle installation feasibility and compliance with powertrain functionality.
  • Supplier Management: Manage suppliers for timely delivery, quality compliance, and technical support.
  • Program Delivery: Work with PCDS, eAPQP, and EBER systems for robust program delivery.
  • Design Tools: Utilize 3DX tools for design, validation, and release.
  • Documentation: Prepare and present technical documents/reports to stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Fuel System Component Design/Development: 6–9 years of experience.
  • Vehicle Installation and Powertrain Requirements: Strong knowledge of vehicle installation and powertrain requirements.
  • Supplier Management and Communication: Experience in supplier management and cross-functional communication.
  • Delivery Systems: Familiarity with PCDS, eAPQP, and EBER delivery systems.
  • CAD Tools: Hands-on with 3DX CAD tools.
  • Communication and Problem-Solving: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
