About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager to lead our Oracle ERP/EPM Engineering team in Hyderabad.

This role will involve managing a high-performing team of Engineers, Senior Engineers, and Principal Engineers, with a focus on people leadership, performance management, and career development.

As a Senior Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that team members are engaged, supported, and growing in alignment with global ERP/EPM transformation.

You will work closely with US-based managers to connect business priorities with team outcomes and provide mentorship and guidance to team members.

The ideal candidate will have 12+ years of IT/ERP/EPM experience, with at least 3+ years in a people management or team leadership role.

  • Strong experience in performance management, coaching, and talent development.
  • Proven ability to build high-performing teams and foster employee engagement.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate globally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a high-performing ERP/EPM engineering team in Hyderabad.
  • Drive performance management, including goal setting, regular check-ins, coaching, and annual reviews.
  • Partner with HR to manage talent development, employee engagement, retention, and career growth.

Requirements:

  • Oracle GL and Subledger Accounting.

Bonus Requirements:

  • Experience managing Oracle ERP/EPM engineering teams.
  • Familiarity with HR processes and tools.
