Pension Systems Calculation Specialist Role

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of our growing Strategic Relationship team responsible for the ongoing delivery of our core pension platform.

The role would suit qualified or part-qualified actuarial students looking to utilise their mathematical skills in a rewarding environment and gain experience in the pensions market.

  • Undertake analysis of requirements from user specifications or from a more detailed benefit document.
  • Configure, test, implement and maintain pension benefit calculations.
  • Analyse changes and enhancements to client's pensions schemes by taking a view of their impact on the core platform delivering the solution to our clients.

You will have relevant experience and understanding of actuarial and/or pension calculations, and a good understanding of pensions arrangements. Training will be provided if necessary.

  • Actuarial and/or pension calculations

  • Technical/Software development aptitude & ability
  • PL/SQL scripts in SQL or Oracle environment
  • Building calculation solutions using MS Excel and ASPOSE
