Job Title: Sales Growth Executive
At Raj Groups, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Growth Executive to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate sales with existing customers and convert inquiries into sales.
- Coordinate with customers and brokers to generate sales.
- Explain project details to customers and negotiate prices to close deals.
- Tie up with channel partners.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Follow up with customers.
- Establish, maintain, and expand customer bases.
- Increase business opportunities through various routes to market.
- Collect documents from customers and process loans.
Requirements:
- Good communication skills.
- Self-motivated and hardworking.
- Good convincing ability.
- At least 1 year of experience in the real estate industry.
- Ability to work on Saturdays and Sundays.
- Qualification: HSC/Graduate.
