Job Opportunity

We are looking for a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Compensation Consulting Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects through effective project management service delivery.

  • Deliver high-quality project outcomes by effectively managing project timelines, resources, and budgets.
  • Develop market insights for clients from existing work, identifying areas of opportunity and improvement.
  • Foster client engagement and thought leadership in each industry, establishing partnerships and driving business growth.
  • Present recommended solutions to clients, ensuring alignment with their business objectives and modifying as needed.
  • Cascade communication and resolve queries across industries, ensuring seamless collaboration and issue resolution.
  • Support hiring processes within the cluster or industry, ensuring timely onboarding of new hires.

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A Master's degree in Human Resources or an equivalent field from a premier Business School.
  • A minimum of 6-8 years of experience post-qualification, with relevant experience in compensation consulting.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • HR/CB Consulting expertise.
  • A comprehensive understanding of various HR areas.
  • A dynamic, motivated, flexible, and result-oriented personality, capable of performing under pressure.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
