NetSuite Technical Consultant Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled technical consultant to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering top-notch technical solutions using NetSuite.

Your primary focus will be on SuiteScript development, NetSuite integrations, and ERP customizations. You will collaborate with functional consultants to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop custom scripts using SuiteScript 2.0 (Client, User Event, SuiteLet, Map/Reduce)
  • Customize NetSuite using SuiteBuilder, SuiteFlow, SuiteAnalytics, and SuiteTalk
  • Integrate NetSuite with third-party platforms using RESTlets, SOAP APIs, and tools like Dell Boomi or Celigo
  • Collaborate with functional consultants to translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Author technical documentation including design specs, workflows, and test cases
  • Debug and troubleshoot NetSuite scripts and configurations
  • Manage sandbox deployments and release cycles
  • Provide post-implementation support and performance optimization
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of NetSuite technical experience
  • Strong command of JavaScript and SuiteScript 2.0
  • Experience with SuiteCloud Development Framework (SDF)
  • Familiarity with NetSuite modules like Financials, CRM, and Inventory
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
