About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced OT System Specialist to manage and support control systems focusing on Allen Bradley PLCs and SCADA platforms.

As a seasoned professional in this field, you will be responsible for designing, configuring, and integrating PLC systems with other automation components such as sensors, drives, HMI, SCADA, and IO modules.

  • PLC Programming: Develop and implement PLC programs for automation systems using industry-standard PLC platforms. Strong background in Allen-Bradley is essential.
  • System Integration: Design, configure, and integrate PLC systems with other automation components such as sensors, drives, HMI, SCADA, and IO modules.
  • Troubleshooting Debugging: Identify and resolve issues related to PLC, SCADA programs, logic, hardware, and communication between systems.
Key Responsibilities
  • Configuring and troubleshooting PLC systems in an industrial environment.
  • Perform system integration testing and validation of migrated SCADA systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SCADA system migration.
  • Design, configure, and develop HMI, SCADA applications.
  • Perform FAT On-site commissioning, PLC, SCADA Project Testing Commissioning.
  • Technical Support: Provide technical support during the installation, commissioning, and maintenance phases of projects.
Requirements
  • Strong experience in PLC (Allen Bradley)
  • Experience in SCADA (Wonderware/Invensys)
  • Familiarity with PLC languages Ladder logic, FBD, STL, structured text
  • Communication Protocol PROFINET, PROFIBUS, DNP3, Modbus, Modbus TCPIP, and EthernetIP
  • OPC, Kepware configuration
  • Knowledge on Database, VBScripting
