Job Scope

We invite applications from highly driven candidates with excellent communication skills and networking ability. The ideal candidate should be able to deliver results in a fast-paced environment that is metrics-driven. Multitasking and prioritization abilities would be a plus. Candidates looking for a long-term stint would be preferred.

The ideal candidate must have a clear understanding of the US market, including benefits, compensation, Visa processes, and related work laws.

Responsibilities

  • Hands on experience in recruitment across various Non-IT Business Professional/Engineering roles in US Staffing.
  • Relevant working experience with MSP/VMS based clients or Direct Clients.
  • Utilize creative sourcing techniques, including web search and social networking opportunities.
  • Good at sourcing and screening candidates using job sites like Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, etc.
  • Experience with recruiting tools.
  • Review job descriptions and analyze client requirements to understand position needs and technical skills required.
  • Work independently in a fast-paced agency environment.
  • Create strong relationships with management, peers, and prospective candidates.
  • Manage internal ATS with accuracy and integrity.

Required Skills

  • 5-7 years of work experience as a US Non-IT/Engineering recruiter and 2+ years of experience as a team lead.
  • Experience with W2 Contract, Contract-to-Hire job orders with Direct Clients / MSP.
  • Strong technical expertise with the skillset to comprehend and communicate job requirements in the Non-IT sector.
  • Experience with computerized HR IT recruiter software and job boards.
  • Ability to be self-driven and work in a fast-paced and detail-oriented environment.
  • Outstanding oral and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
