Accounting Leadership Position

The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in accounting, with expertise in financial management and leadership. As an experienced professional, they will be responsible for overseeing the finance department's operations, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.

  • Financial Reporting: The incumbent will prepare and submit detailed financial statements to senior management for review, maintaining records of budgeting, cash flow, turnover, customer outstanding, and collection statements.
  • Automating Business Processes: They will collaborate with the team to automate invoice processing and expense modules, integrating Tally Prime with banking, sales, and purchase ERPs.
  • Compliance and Banking Services: The successful candidate will be responsible for e-filing returns and assessments, including income tax (TDS, transfer pricing, advance tax projections), routine and case-specific issues under GST and P.F.
  • Auditor Liaison and Finalisation: They will coordinate with external auditors for annual audit completion and ROC/MCA filings.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Chartered Accountant (CA) or Master of Commerce (M.Com) with a focus on finance
  • At least 15 years of experience in manufacturing or a related industry

Key Skills:

  • Multifunctional experience in finance departments for financial reporting and quarterly presentations
  • Strong knowledge of accounting packages, including Tally features, automation, audits, and advanced Excel skills
  • Expertise in auditing and accounting reporting standards applicable to small and medium-sized enterprises
