Seeking a highly skilled CPU Physical Design Engineer to lead high-speed core development.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • High speed core development – Synthesis, Constraints, and Physical Design
  • Significant knowledge on high-speed cores including CPU, GPU, DDR etc
  • Expertise in Synthesis & Constraints with PPA in mind
  • Collaboration with RTL designers for optimizations and feedback
  • Knowledge of silicon margins, VT trade-off, power and area impact
  • Floorplanning for multi-core, L2 & L3 and power planning all the way to Bumps
  • Critical paths, pipelining, Latency and super buffer implementations
  • Low power implementation knowledge is an added advantage

About the Role:

We are looking for a dedicated individual to spearhead our CPU Physical Design efforts. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for driving high-speed core development from concept to delivery.

Required Skills:

  • Strong understanding of synthesis, constraints, and physical design
  • Experience with high-speed cores including CPU, GPU, DDR etc
  • Expertise in synthesis & constraints with PPA in mind
  • Excellent collaboration skills with RTL designers
  • Knowledge of silicon margins, VT trade-off, power and area impact
  • Familiarity with floorplanning for multi-core, L2 & L3 and power planning
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
