Senior Finisher Supervisor Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced finishing specialist to oversee the completion of high-rise projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge in the finishing industry and a proven track record in managing complex projects.

  • Project Oversight: Manage all aspects of the finishing process for large-scale projects.
  • Supervise project timelines, quality control, and team performance to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Team Management: Supervise and mentor a team of finishing specialists and workers.
  • Provide guidance on finishing techniques, materials, and quality standards.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure high-quality finishing standards are maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Conduct regular inspections and quality checks at various stages of the finishing process.
  • Problem-Solving & Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and work proactively to resolve challenges and prevent delays.
  • Develop innovative solutions to any technical or logistical problems that arise.
  • Client Engagement: Foster excellent relationships with clients, providing regular updates on project progress.
  • Address client concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring client satisfaction and a seamless experience.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 20 years of hands-on experience in the finishing industry, with at least 10 years in a supervisory role.
