
Customer Service Ambassador

As a customer-focused professional, you will be responsible for handling customer care calls, resolving queries, processing orders from Shopify, and ensuring exceptional post-sales support.
- Manage inbound and outbound customer interactions in a polite and professional manner.
- Address customer inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly.
- Process and manage customer orders through the Shopify platform.
- Track and update order status, shipping details, and returns/refunds as applicable.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order fulfillment.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Providing timely and effective solutions to customer concerns.
- Upselling and cross-selling opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer care or call handling (E-commerce preferred).
- Familiarity with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms is essential.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and English are required.
- Strong problem-solving ability and customer-first approach are crucial.
- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Office, Email, and CRM tools, is necessary.
- Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment is vital.
