Job Description:

As a customer-focused professional, you will be responsible for handling customer care calls, resolving queries, processing orders from Shopify, and ensuring exceptional post-sales support.

  • Manage inbound and outbound customer interactions in a polite and professional manner.
  • Address customer inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly.
  • Process and manage customer orders through the Shopify platform.
  • Track and update order status, shipping details, and returns/refunds as applicable.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for order fulfillment.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Key Responsibilities include:

  1. Providing timely and effective solutions to customer concerns.
  2. Upselling and cross-selling opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction.
  3. Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in customer care or call handling (E-commerce preferred).
  • Familiarity with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms is essential.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and English are required.
  • Strong problem-solving ability and customer-first approach are crucial.
  • Basic computer knowledge, including MS Office, Email, and CRM tools, is necessary.
  • Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment is vital.
