Guest Relations Executive

The Guest Relations Executive plays a vital role in ensuring a memorable experience for our guests. This position is responsible for fostering a welcoming atmosphere, providing exceptional customer service, and managing day-to-day operations.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Guest Services: Provide top-notch customer service to guests throughout their stay, addressing their needs and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Check-in/Check-out Management: Efficiently manage check-ins and check-outs, ensuring accurate completion of all necessary documentation and maintaining the highest level of guest satisfaction.
  • Communication: Handle phone calls, messages, and inquiries, redirecting them to relevant departments when necessary, and maintain open communication with guests and staff.
  • Administrative Tasks: Maintain and organize files, records, and documents, updating them as needed, and conduct inventory checks to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Procurement: Assist in the procurement of monthly supplies, ensuring timely delivery and optimal use of resources.

This role requires a minimum of 6 months of industrial training or relevant experience in hospitality. The ideal candidate should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, flexibility, and a pleasant personality.
