Business Development Manager Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive new business, pitch our digital marketing services, and close clients. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in sales and business development within the digital marketing industry.

This role requires strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills to convert leads into long-term clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new sales opportunities in the digital marketing space.
  • Pitch our services to potential clients.
  • Own the end-to-end sales cycle from lead engagement to deal closure.
  • Conduct client meetings and deliver persuasive presentations.
  • Negotiate contracts and finalize agreements.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to maximize upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to company revenue growth.
Requirements & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in sales/business development/client acquisition in digital marketing or advertising industry.
  • Strong pitching and negotiation skills with a knack for closing high-value deals.
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing services (SEO, Web Design, Shopify, Real Estate Marketing).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Target-driven, self-motivated, and goal-oriented individual with a high-energy approach.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
