We are seeking a skilled Process Engineer to join our organization. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with established processes and standards within the company.

Job Description

The Process Engineer - Auditor will be accountable for conducting internal and external audits, assessing risk management practices, and providing recommendations for process improvements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CMMi processes, ISO 9001:2015, and ISO 27001:2013.

  • Conduct internal audits to ensure adherence to ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 27001:2013 standards.
  • Participate in external audits and collaborate with stakeholders to address compliance issues.
  • Evaluate risk management processes and recommend enhancements.
  • Develop and maintain audit documentation and reports.
  • Participate in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) to ensure process adherence.
  • Provide training and support to team members on compliance and auditing processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in process engineering, auditing, or quality assurance.
  • Strong knowledge of CMMi processes and risk management practices.
  • Experience with ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 27001:2013 standards.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
