About Earnpaste

We're a link/text content monetization platform built for creators, community owners, and digital marketers. Our platform allows high-traffic sources like Telegram channel admins and Discord server admins to turn their traffic into money.

The Role

We're looking for self-driven individuals who can reach out to community admins on platforms like Telegram, Discord, and Reddit to onboard them to our platform.

This is a fully remote, performance-based role ideal for:

  • Students & recent graduates looking to break into digital marketing or community-building
  • Freelancers, creators, or outreach specialists with strong communication skills and online engagement experience
  • Experienced professionals from sales, affiliate marketing, or community management seeking high-upside remote work
  • Self-motivated individuals who thrive in performance-driven roles with flexible earning potential

Responsibilities

  • Find and reach out to community admins (Telegram, Discord, Reddit, etc.)
  • Description of how Earnpaste operates, its advantages, and how it compares to competitors
  • Help onboard interested admins to the platform
  • Ensure they use it actively for at least 7 days
  • Report leads and usage via a shared tracker

Earning Potential

  • ₹500 to ₹2000 per successful onboarding (based on group size and activity)
  • 5% lifetime revenue share from each onboarded user (in dollars)
  • Performance bonuses + commission upgrades for top contributors
  • Potential to join Earnpaste in a long-term role or leadership position

Requirements

  • Strong communication and messaging skills
  • Familiarity with Telegram, Discord, Reddit, or similar platforms
  • Fluent in English — both written and spoken (mandatory)
  • Self-motivated, responsible, and outcome-focused
  • Previous experience in outreach, affiliate marketing, or community engagement is a plus but not required
