Job Overview

This position combines IP protection, client success and business growth to create a truly impactful experience. As the Manager of IP Protection, Client Success & Business Growth, you will drive innovation while overseeing client reporting and providing ongoing support.

This key role plays a strategic part in managing and improving operational workflows for our IP protection services, building strong client relationships and driving growth.

Responsibilities
  • Brand Protection Strategy: Develop and execute effective brand protection strategies across marketplaces, domains and social media.
  • Client Onboarding: Lead onboarding processes to ensure seamless transitions, set clear expectations and establish brand protection strategies.
  • Operational Excellence: Work closely with the CTO and CCO to deliver technical, enforcement and customer-facing tasks effectively.
  • Growth Initiatives: Drive initiatives in brand protection process improvement, new business models and AI innovation.
  • Business Development: Partner with the CCO to identify research and drive forward new leads, client relationships and strategic partnerships.
