About the Role:

We're looking for a skilled professional to join our team and contribute to building scalable observability platforms, driving adoption of APM tooling, and embedding synthetic monitoring into modern service architectures. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing and implementing secure, resilient, and efficient synthetic monitoring solutions across hybrid/multi-cloud environments.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement synthetic monitoring platforms that meet scalability, security, and resilience requirements.
  • Lead the adoption of Dynatrace APM with standardized instrumentation and deployment models.
  • Develop onboarding strategies for cloud, hybrid, and edge telemetry sources with a focus on synthetic monitoring.
  • Integrate observability tooling (Catchpoint, Dynatrace) to deliver unified insights.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and develop custom synthetic monitoring solutions where needed.
  • Contribute to open-source or internal observability tooling/standards for synthetic monitoring.
  • Drive documentation, training, and cross-team knowledge sharing to strengthen monitoring practices.
  • Collaborate with application teams to embed synthetic monitoring into new service architectures.
Required Skills & Experience:
  • 5–7 years of hands-on experience with Dynatrace and Synthetic Monitoring.
  • Strong expertise in AWS (EC2, EKS, Lambda).
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing observability solutions across cloud and hybrid environments.
  • Familiarity with other monitoring/observability tools (Catchpoint, Prometheus, Grafana) is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving, cross-functional collaboration, and communication skills.
