We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Power Business Intelligence Developer.

  • This position involves developing data-driven visual reports, key performance indicator scorecards, and interactive dashboards using Power BI desktop. We also require proficiency in connecting data sources, importing data, and transforming it for analysis.
  • A successful candidate will have experience implementing row-level security on data and understanding application security layer models in Power BI.
  • Familiarity with making DAX queries in Power BI desktop is essential. In addition, knowledge of the Microsoft Business Intelligence Stack and hands-on experience with data analytics is highly valued.
  • The ideal candidate should possess strong knowledge of SQL, query optimization, and database internals. Understanding of Extract, Transform, Load/Extract, Load (ETL/ELT) processes and data transformation using programming languages like Python is also required.
  • We need someone who can analyze, design, and build dimensional and relational data models, as well as logical data specifications. Strong communication skills are necessary to effectively discuss project requirements with client teams and internal stakeholders.
  • Merging data from different systems, such as enterprise resource planning (ERP) and customer relationship management (CRM), in various formats is another key responsibility. Creating dynamic reports that start with a summary view and drill down into details is also an essential task.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining complex data models, as well as creating actionable insights through data visualization.
