Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Data and Business Intelligence Integration Specialist. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing, developing, and maintaining complex ETL processes and data models.

The successful candidate will be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop strategic solutions that meet those needs. This includes creating end-to-end data flows from data gathering and transformation to front-end solution delivery.

The specialist will also be expected to maintain high-level security protocols, adhere to organizational policies, and ensure compliance with industry regulations such as the Data Protection Act.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Determine user needs and monitor access permissions
  2. Maintain data standards and integrity
  3. Develop documentation and define metadata standards
  4. Design and implement data models to support reporting needs
  5. Develop ETL processes/flows and analysis dashboards
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, candidates must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with strong coding abilities. Proficiency in customer relationship management and main data manipulation languages is essential. Knowledge of database theory, design, and SQL skills is also required.
