Job Title: Human Resources ManagerOur organization seeks a strategic and experienced HR professional to lead our human resources functions. The ideal candidate will develop and implement comprehensive HR plans that align with the company's objectives, focusing on recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and fostering a positive workplace culture.

• Manage day-to-day HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, compliance, and benefits.

• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with labor laws and organizational objectives.

• Oversee the full recruitment cycle including job postings, interviews, hiring, and onboarding.

• Support business needs through staff development, engagement, motivation, and retention.

• Maintain effective employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.

• Lead performance review processes and collaborate with department heads on performance improvement plans.

• Organize training and development initiatives to support employee growth.

• Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable HR federal and state requirements.

• Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in HR or a related field.
  • HR certifications such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR.
  • Experience in a fast-paced or startup environment.
  • Familiarity with payroll systems and employee engagement tools.
