About the Role

This is a hands-on, highly technical position in our Artificial Intelligence (AI) group where you will build prototypes and explore conceptually new solutions in a fast-paced environment.

We are seeking an experienced AI Data Insights Engineer to work with us. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for extracting qualitative and quantitative relationships from a wide variety of data, including patterns and trends.

Your primary goal will be to use technical and analytical expertise to explore and examine data from multiple disparate Big Data sources with the aim of discovering patterns and previously hidden insights that can provide a competitive advantage for our products.

You will analyze and implement analysis infrastructure and tools, analytic workflow processes, and complex data visualizations. Additionally, you will leverage foundational comprehension of mathematical and statistical concepts, algorithm development, feature engineering, model selection and training, testing and validation of different models.

Required Qualifications:

  • BS in Computer Science or Engineering
  • 4+ years of experience with Python, Java and/or other programming languages
  • Experience in one or more AI platform, e.g. IBM Watson, Google API.AI, Facebook Wit.ai, Microsoft Bot Framework
  • Experience in cloud platforms like Microsoft Azure, GCP, AWS

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced degree in computer science, engineering or mathematics
  • 2+ years hands-on experience working with AWS or other cloud/containerized platforms
