We are seeking a Data Analyst to transform data into actionable insights that drive growth in the eCommerce industry.

  • The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience and leverage GA4, Shopify, BigQuery, and BI tools to analyze conversion funnels, customer behavior, and marketing efficiency.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Building GA4 funnels to diagnose drop-offs
  • Creating automated executive and team dashboards in Looker Studio
  • Partnering with Growth/Finance to project traffic, conversion, and revenue
  • Validating GA4/Shopify events and schema changes
  • Cross-functional collaboration with Product, Marketing, Lifecycle/CRM, and Engineering teams
Requirements
  • Expert SQL skills and comfort working in BigQuery
  • BI proficiency in Looker Studio, Tableau, or Power BI
  • GA4 expertise in event modeling, custom dimensions, funnels, UTMs, and exploration reports
  • Scripting for analysis/automation in Python or R
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills with data
Desirable Skills
  • Experience with Shopify, Recharge, and Klaviyo datasets
  • Hands-on with marketing attribution and MMM
  • Familiarity with GA4 analytics engineering tools and AI/ML use cases
