Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled AI engineer to fill a critical role in our organization. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and deploy AI and machine learning solutions to address complex business challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, build, and deploy AI/ML models for real-world applications.
  • Preprocess and analyze large datasets to derive meaningful insights.
  • Collaborate with software engineers, data scientists, and product teams to integrate AI capabilities.
  • Optimize model performance, scalability, and maintainability.
  • Research and implement cutting-edge AI algorithms and frameworks.
  • Maintain clear documentation for AI workflows, model training, and deployment processes.
  • Monitor and fine-tune deployed models to ensure accuracy and relevance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

The successful candidate will possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related field. They should have strong proficiency in Python and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, etc. Experience with NLP, computer vision, or predictive analytics projects is also desirable.

Preferred Qualifications:

A background in large language models (LLMs) or generative AI would be beneficial. Familiarity with MLOps tools and practices (e.g., MLflow, Kubeflow, Docker, Kubernetes) is also an advantage.
