About This Position

We are seeking an experienced engineering leader to spearhead the strategy and execution of our platform organization.

This role oversees core infrastructure, developer experience, data platforms, and frontend frameworks that power large-scale SaaS products globally.

The ideal candidate is a builder at heart, a people-first leader, and a trusted partner to product and executive teams. They should have a 15+ year track record of leading high-scale SaaS environments, with expertise in Kubernetes, cloud providers, and technical domains like TypeScript/Node.js, container orchestration, IaC, service meshes, and event-driven systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Platform Roadmap & Strategy: Develop and communicate a 12–18 month vision for the platform organization, aligning technical direction with business priorities.
  • Frontend Enablement: Establish frameworks and shared component libraries to accelerate development in modern stacks.
  • Data Platform & Compliance: Build unified approaches for ingestion, governance, observability, and schema validation across multiple data stores.
  • Infrastructure & Cloud Operations: Lead ownership of Kubernetes clusters, networking, IaC, and cloud security.
  • Developer Experience & Reliability: Champion robust CI/CD pipelines, progressive rollout practices, fault-injection testing, and end-to-end observability standards.
  • Security & Compliance: Partner with InfoSec and Legal teams to integrate controls for SOC 2, HIPAA, GDPR, and other regional frameworks.

  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills; able to influence from C-suite conversations down to technical design reviews.
