Job Role: Treasury Expert

We are seeking a skilled professional to take up the role of Treasury Expert. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing cash flow, optimizing fund utilization, and ensuring timely repayments for project loans.

Treasury Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily cash flow across various projects and optimize fund utilization to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Facilitate the issuance of Letters of Credit and manage Buyer's/Seller's Credit arrangements.
  • Invest surplus funds in short-term debt mutual funds and fixed deposits to maximize returns.
  • Maintain accurate records of advance payments and Performance Guarantees issued to vendors and guarantees issued to third parties.
  • Oversee the issuance of Inter Corporate Deposits, monitor credit limits, and maintain documentation.
  • Ensure timely treasury accounting entries on a daily basis.
  • Manage foreign exchange hedging activities and related bank documentation.
  • Liaise with banks on operational matters and establish strong working relationships.
  • Submit timely reports on treasury-related details, coordinate audits, and respond to audit queries.
  • Prepare monthly Treasury Management Information System (TMIS) reports, including loan information, interest payments, short-term investments, and hedging exposures.
  • Support new project financing activities and Loan documentation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Accounts, Projects, Procurement) for efficient treasury operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of treasury operations and management principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
