Job Title: Deputy General Manager

  • Tendering and Bid Management

  • Preparation of tenders for Oil and Gas, Energy.

  • Bid management from start to finish, including technical writeups and cost estimation.

  • Identification of relevant tenders through various resources.

  • Preparing pre-qualification documents, EOI, BIDS, and attending pre-bid meetings.

  • Maintaining professional relationships with clients and coordinating with central functions for bid compliance.

  • Coordination with the execution team and maintaining relationships with external parties.

  • Liasioning and day-to-day correspondence along with legal contractual correspondences with customers.

  • Generating MIS reports and tender tracking updates.

  • Achieving order booking targets from tenders.

  • Maintaining documentation and correspondence of BD activities and updating credentials regularly.

  • Business Sales Forecasting

  • Ensuring new empanelment and renewal of existing ones with PSU and other agencies.

Education:

">

  • B.Tech in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, with 10 years of experience in bidding/tendering.

  • MBA preferred.

Strategic / Operational Competencies:

">

  • Knowledge of Bidding & Tendering activity.

  • Strategic and analytical ability. Good writing and calculation skills.
